These words serve as the backbone to everything that the company achieves. Perhaps the most important word in that statement is ‘service’. On Demand Safety is about more than just acquiring customers as numbers in our system. ODS wants its users to feel a connection with the company that goes beyond a billing cycle, and affirms that we are here for no other purpose than to improve the level of safety in their daily lives. The way we will do that is through an unparalleled experience that starts with the customer at sign up. The experience will be interactive and engaging, helping the user to see why the information they provide is important and pertinent to helping them in their time of need. A follow up letter sent to each new user will help welcome them into the ODS community, and a monthly newsletter will help users keep the safety of themselves and those they care about a priority.
