Kirk Jacobson, CEO: Kirk Jacobson started ODS in August of 2005. Since then he has been tirelessly developing all aspects of the business. Mr. Jacobson has intimate knowledge of his products and a passion to take the technologies of today and challenge them to combine and evolve into the solutions of tomorrow. Mr. Jacobson studied at The University of Arizona until August, 2006, graduating with a BA in Entrepreneurship with a focus in Business Economics. As a member of the UCSD Springboard program, he spent six months in San Diego forging relationships within the wireless industry. After learning what he could from his stay in San Diego, he hit the road talking to student, parents, responders, people with medical needs and campus officials making sure that his solution was built with their needs at its core. Mr. Jacobson has been hands on with all aspects ODS and has crafted this product and company from conception. Kirk Jacobson is passionate about the safety of individuals and communities, and it shows in the dedication and enthusiasm he has for his work.

Michael Jolicoeur, COO: Michael Jolicoeur, MD holds a Medical Degree with an emphasis and additional fellowship as a Neurologist. Mr. Jolicoeur followed his passion for safety and joined ODS to take that to the next level. Mr. Jolicoeur has an extensive background having worked for numerous national agencies as well as spending time filling multiple roles in high-tech private sector companies. Mr. Jolicoeur has an entrepreneurial background, launching a successful online firm which is still in operation. A life-long student, Mr. Jolicoeur holds multiple degrees beyond his MD including a Masters degree in Psychology, a BS in Physiological Psychology, and a BA in Media Arts and Technology. He is also fluent in multiple languages.

Tim Bair, VP System Design: Timothy Bair is a technical specialist whose insights into the necessary redundancies in life safety systems have been instrumental in building On Demand Safety's solutions. Mr. Bair has 27 years experience specializing in high-rise fire alarm, access control, closed circuit surveillance and overall security management. Working for Sonitrol Corp for over 15 years his expertise in audio security systems is complete. He developed relationships and held large security contracts with companies such as NASA, Bendix Aerospace, Lockheed, and Rockwell.
